Our last session was a real BIG EYE-OPENER!!!! It is truly amazing how a videotaped 10 minute role-play conversation changed my perspective on how I have been presenting to current and prospective clients. I really need to improve and polish up on my presentation skills. Thank goodness you guys will greatly improve upon my presentation in short order.

There was a time when we were quite satisfied with our half-hearted attempts at producing less than mediocre and largely ineffective marketing pieces. However, we now find ourselves analyzing our communications pieces (and those of our colleagues and competitors) with a very critical eye. In fact our favorite catch phrase has become “This marketing piece is junk! Let’s EYB it!”

EYB skills and tools have led to improved client meetings. Ours are now professional, well-run, with a clear purpose and lead to quicker, easier closes.
Also, we have better relationships with our bankers and receive many referrals. Deeper relationships with existing clients means we do not waste time on unprofitable accounts. Instead, we focus on our ideal clients.
Finally, using techniques like flowcharts, we now stage successful [marketing] campaigns that are easy to run and pay for themselves many times over.
