Richard counts over two decades in the investment industry. His career includes positions as Financial Analyst, Investment Advisor, and Vice President of Training with national firms.

A co-founder of EYB, Richard is also an Associate with Foran Financial Institute, the number one independent educator in the financial services industry in Canada.

As a co-founder of EYB, Alan continues a twenty-year entrepreneurial career in adult education and corporate training and development.

He has designed and presented programs in effective business and entrepreneurial skills in various industries in Canada and the U.S. He currently instructs a course, Improving Presentation Skills, at the top-ranked Schulich Executive Education Centre, York University.

Richard and Alan created EYB in 2001. They recognized a desire among top producing Canadian Investment Professionals for a non-curricular, “up-close and personal” business development approach tailored to their individual needs that was delivered in a private, confidential setting.

Serving mainly the Greater Toronto Area, EYB coaches established Investment Advisors and Counselors in bank-owned and independent firms.
